Here is this week's Northeast Wisconsin Housing Market Update (January 31 - February 6, 2022). Buyers and Sellers need to be aware that the 2022 Housing Market remains strong and active. We did see an increase in homes that entered the market in the week of Jan 31 and the 30 yr fixed rate remained stable after a crazy January.
Potential buyers especially need to be aware right now that they should be doing all of the necessary things to prepare for buying vs waiting to start a search and then prepare.
